Todd Montague
Todd grew up in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and so has an excellent knowledge of the area. He began his profession as an Electrician with a local company, where he worked as an apprentice on a wide variety of domestic and commercial electrical work. During this time, he achieved his NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
Further into his career, Todd had the opportunity to further his expertise and trained to add air conditioning and refrigeration to his skillset. He went on to complete a further apprenticeship as an Air Conditioning Engineer and gained his NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps whilst working in an office and data centre environment.

Jonathan Wilcox
After completing an advanced apprenticeship in mechanical engineering, Jonathan moved on to specialise in air conditioning and refrigeration. He began his career with Mcwhirter Ltd before becoming a Service Engineer for world leading HVAC manufacturer, Carrier. There he gained a wealth of experience working on the installation and maintenance of a wide range of products across a range of industries.
After 10 years, Jonathan moved on to Cooltherm, where he was the Senior Engineer responsible for the training and development of improvers, apprentices and junior engineers.
